If your starting a team, I wouldn't get a full blown custom jersey just yet, i'd personally just get a dye jersey, or something, and just get your team name & names printed on, saves money, looks cool, and if your team did fall apart, it wouldn't of cost as much money as a full custom jersey, and then later on, when your team is developed, invest in a custom one, and i'd recomend animal as above, yeah its american, but the jerseys are Hot!

Diem are ok, the shirt quality isnt as good as rhinosports. Also diem shirts are on the small side so unless you want a snug fit, think what you would normally where then add a couple of sizes on.

Rhino shirts are brilliant cant knock them fpr custom shirts though not cheap will be around £50 a shirt (rough price)

Just get a company to get your pre-existant jerseys, and print the logos & names on it then?

I know you are looking from places in the UK, but consider CSG (custom sports gear) in the US. They do really good jerseys for you and you can give them your custom designs which I reccommend.

Take a look at there samples http://www.customsportsgear.com/samples.cfm, you can see our one on there aswell if you scroll down a bit. Give you an idea of what they can do.

we got are 1st lot of jerseys from animal, they are quality shirts but they cocked up and because they left usa we had no warrenty, and also got stung with customs so 6 jerseys at roughly £35 each then cost us near £60 each. a gentle warning about shoping abroad
2 pics of team 1st one our name says "first wave" when it should of bean "1st wave" http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb211/1stwave/DSC00001.jpg
and 2nd 1 there were 2 number 7's and we didnt even ask for numbers http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb211/1stwave/DSC01496.jpg
