Yeah, the 'bag' deflates, so air can get inbetween the 'bag' and the bottle. Then people would fill it up to fast and all the air in this space would cause bubbles in the bottle.
Apparently, it should takes 12 minutes to fill up a stako from 0-4500psi because of the material it is made from, the compressed air heats up but the heat can't escape from a stako like it can in other bottles. (or something like that anyway... :/ )

Yup, just re-read the thread I read where my info cam from, although it didn't mention 12 minutes, so I don't know where that came from:rolleyes::confused:.

If possible, carbon fibre bottles (stakos) should be filled from a seperate fill rig that has a flow rate no more than 120 litres per minute, but if this isn't available, 1000psi, wait a minute, 1000psi ect.
