Does anyone have any experience with either this company(FUSION) or the markers, i'll be in search of a new gat in January and will have a budget of around 250 and noticed these.
I do have my concerns though, i have never used their products, never seen this marker, and have my worries about spares and customer ervice etc.
Is the Threshhold worth the extra 50 quid???
On Pbreview this thing got a 10 rating but then again idiots on there rate standard pods as a 10 so not really using that as a reliable source.
Is it worth getting one and taking a punt, or sticking with what you know and getting a DM6/Ego 06 off the forums and stretching the budget a little more.
Cheers

Exactly what i've heard from a few sources so could well be worth the punt for a new marker of this standard i dont think i'll beat 210.
I'm just concerned about its reliability after a few cases of paint has been through it, i am very imaptient when it comes to markers that let you down through no fault of your own.

99% of the time its user error mate, if you look them up on pbnation or read the manual properly i'm sure you won't have a problem with them.

I'm quite tempted. Pesonaly i'd go for the more expensive one as the cheaper on look 'orrible.

Magicmonkey: don't voice an opinion in something you have no experience with!

The Fusion markers are relatively new but this does not mean that they are bad markers. The 08 fusion is a lovely gat, light, fast, sexy and really easy to maintain. The Threshold I haven't used so I wont voice an opinion:p I am going to Ampm paitball on saturday morning so I can find out what the threshold is like for you..... The owner of ampm is a great guy but is soon leaving the sport so grab one quick if you can.

Thats totally the wrong attitude, if that were the case with all new guns, the likes of the EGO wouldnt be around. They are great markers for the money, he already said his budget was £250, which is perfect for one of these. The support you will get from AMPM will be great as well, so if there were a problem, they would help you out. These markers are such value for money, and i think if you have never shot any of these guns, you cant pass any judgement. These markers ARE good, the average i believe is about 10 pods from both which is more than some guns priced higher.

Yeah i would prefer to do that but its a question of how far i'll stretch, i reckon after Xmas there will be a few bargains to pick up off here if people get new toys.
I have seen a few DM6's going for dirt cheap on here 250ish, or are they really like a gypsie doing your drive way... unreliable.
Just need someone that owns one of these to give the actual low down.

I did not expect such split views on these markers i suppose its because they are relatively new, i myself have never even clapped eyes on one let alone shot one, so for me if i bought one it would be a complete stab in the dark, the uneasyness of the unkown is justified in the price for me though.
210 for a marker like this just sounds too tempting to pass up for a second hand DM6/EGO05.
