Bought a halo B .... came with no rip drive

hi guys bought a halo B from MC Brawler which was ment to come with rip drive
but didn't come with the wheel.

this must be going back 4 weeks or so.
he said he sent it ages ago but still havn't got the rip drive wheel.

what would be the best thing to do ? because he is completely refusing to buy a new wheel.

help would be nice

i think gurkha and milky work with/play with brawler.. give em a shout. through past experience i find getting their friends involved sort things out quicker.

He should really supply you with one,or buy one and he can reimburse you.
Did he say it came with a wheel,I know it should if it's arip drive model but some people...
