I wouldn't mind seeing it drop to 12, i like 15 but a slight drop wouldn't bother me..
but I think a drop to 10 is a bit extreme.

if you think about it, it's 15 now and most guns are set on the safe side so will do around 14.5, if it is at 12 guns will be set to around 11.5.
People want to shoot fast but not risk penalties or a banned gun, Although I do appreciate that some get as close as they can.

One thing, is I don't think you'll have a whole lot of choice in the matter ;). And yes, it's dictated both by the top down, and also by the desire to get new teams in at the bottom.

I dont think its a bad idea...

will encourage movement and make games more exciting .Will cut the cost of playing in the long run. Its also another step towards making markers more equal, at a 10 bps cap running a blowback might seem half an option

on the marker side of this debate.. does this mean markers arnt gonna be reinvented every year? they are made lighter, better looking, more efficient and FASTER.. will they hold back with a lower limit. people think about the paint suppliers who sponsor teams but what about marker sponsorship.. would this have any effect?

Guns are capped at 15/15.4 everywhere, yet companies still make guns "lighter, better looking, more efficient and FASTER". Perhaps the limit going down would convince them to look at making guns lighter, better looking and more effiecient, since any gun could easily reach 12.....bet even an ion could do that, with a few ups of course;)

isn't the nppl uncapped semi still though ??

and it was only the finals that where a good game the others where stale mates.

I cant see how that would effect a game.

and the nppl need to sort out the cheats before they lower stuff any way.

some of those markers of the break where going wild.
