Can anyone say "Street Crime"?
More so with the new style of hoodie that they are trying to ban, which literally zips up over the face and has two tinted lenses in it so you can see out of it..I mean, give the public what they want, but if your public is a bunch of degenerate hoodlums, I think a certain degree of restraint is required?
If I walked aroudn teh street with a black full face Balaclava on....how far do you think I would get? Excluding times of -10 Degrees or below weather?
