Hi,
Ok so I'm looking fairly soon to replace the two 90' macro line elbows on my Ego 08 but have never done this before, I'm after some advise please.
How are they fixed? ( do they just screw in or is locktite used )
How are they removed? ( they seem rather tightly secured )

many thanks,

Paul

im pretty sure you can use a hair dryer to melt the glue then they twist off.

and they just glue back in :)

They are loctited on, so you'll need some sort of heat to soften the loctite. As Seany said a hair dryer is quite effective, i myself use hot water. When you put new ones in put a drop of loctite on the threads and screw them in tight, make sure you wipe off the exposed loctite from the top of the threads.

When i removed mine, i just simply unscrewed them whilst apply sum heat. they were loctited and quite hard to remove but came off with no damage to the oops or reg. when i added my new ones i simply used some plummer's tape. if you do a good job u cant see the tape and makes replacing them in the future a whole lot easier mate.
