Sounds like a total load of BS of the highest order.

No mention of how the freak accident occured. You wanna know my opinion... Obviously completely alleged and in no way based on fact... it wasnt a paintball injury at all. Probably up to no good doing something he shouldnt of (i.e. getting into fights and getting punched in the eye) and in the fear of bad press decides to resurrect that Biker Grove episode he once saw... "Oh yeah, they lost their vision on that... I know, I'll just say I was paintballing".

Of course I might be wrong but it just doesnt weigh up straight as far as I'm concerned. And in the event it was indeed paintball, someone is an excellent shot with a tippmann and hes a complete twonk for taking his gogs off in the first place.

How did you come to this conclusion? the only line that even talks about the injury is "Donegal wing-back Paddy McConigley has been told he will not regain vision in the eye he damaged in a freak paintballing accident in July." and "McConigley sustained the injury while on a bonding trip with Donegal seniors."

He doesnt slag off paintball,there is no info on what happened and nothing to suggest this guy is going round starting fights etc.Why would he lie in the national press about that,and do you think that it wouldnt come out pretty quick if he had been lying?I just cant work out how you can come to those conclusions based on nothing!The only complete bs i can see is your post mate

Well to be honest dude I couldnt give a rats left testy where you think the bs is, I've said what I think and thats it, you dont like it, ignore it, simple eh... mate.

It just seems thrown together to me. I'm most probably wrong but as I say on first glance it just seems to me like its a quick cover up. And to be brutally honest I like a good conspiracy
