SP already have the patent, they filled it back when people were using tube fed markers
take a look at dark legion paintballs methinks, they already do glow in the dark paintballs and the hopper needs a UV light in it. If its A level DT you shouldnt need to reinvent anything, just find something someone has already done and change it a bit for some obscure reason....
