Drat.. seems replacing the eyes have done nothing ><
... anyone got any experiance with this sort of thing?

It will shoot like a dream for a while, then randomly stop and refuse to fire.
There is a ball in the "chamber" so its not that. if i manually push the pin forwad the ball will roll out, and it should work fine again. Not compleatly sure though, as havent tested this enough, due to lack of paint. will look into it further.
But after that, it seems to start chopping/shooting dubble. :/
Could be the paint i surpose... will try something els soon.
Works fine in dryfire mode.

I've had a similar problem with my Timmy. Attempted all the usual fixes & new batteries but it was still playing up. In the end I swapped my standard 127.4 Frenzy board for a secondhand Lucky board, and touch wood it seems a lot better.

Can't say 100% it was the board at fault, but the Lucky is a big improvement on the LCD screen Frenzy anyway so it was money well spent :D

Crankwalk on PBnation will ship to the UK upgraded timmy eyes (better quality) along with other timmy spares (screws, wiring, hosing, orings, hose barbs).

I've had several orders off him now and he is excellent, shipping is cheap too:

have you checked the ball detents ?
if they arent there or rubbish then the ball will roll forward off the eyes,
will also make you chop and double ball.

if you put a ball in and point the gun down you can see if the ball rolls down.
