Sadly that does not make it in any way legal, or prove the fact it is not rigged (I'm not saying this is in any way rigged, just pointing it out).the draw is going to be filmed and posted up, as it says in teh first post ....

I didnt mean to Pi** any off.
It is just as possible that this is completely legit and above board.
Rider.. just one point though and please don’t take this the wrong way, second hand is second hand and expecting to get back what you have paid normally does not happen. I have had many full tricked out gats over the 15yrs i have played and have never got back all the money i have paid out.
You could always sell one of your fee sponsor guns... hehe.. not that i ever did that..
anyway i guess what i am hoping is that this raffle thing doesn’t catch on, if i want a great marker then i am happy to pay what its worth and make sure that i get it, and not have to keep laying out £10-20 a time and have nothing to show for it.. Sorry just my opinion
It doesn't bother me at all mate. I was just pointing out that instead of people being defensive about the legitamacy of your raffle etc that it is fundamentally illegal. Money raised to get back what you paid does not constitute no gain sadly.and parksy - there is no actual gain. the money raised will be what was spent. i'll donate the extra couple of quid to the winners nominated charity...how's that sound?
Remove my name and I think all the others,I use a forum name as others do for some annominimity(sp?).you're right Box - there is no way of knowing if that would happen.
if you like here's a list of all those who have ticket(s) - in actual fact i don't know any of them....
..but then you only have my word for it.
