MQ2 Valve for halfblock

Nope, the Raceguns weren't WGP bodies. But the rear of the lower tube on mine measures 11/16".

Hmmm, now you've made me realise that means nothing. I'll have to dismantle the thing when I get home and check the internals.

Had my mq2 a few weeks now in a halfblock 04 prostock, very well made and all good,although as mentioned about input pressure,they are infact running at lower pressure than the mq1's,about 200-260 psi! also i think the trilogy's use the 11/16.

Ive got one in my HalfBlock RaceGun got it running at around 280psi. Only problem is that it sucks the life out battery after a case of paint. Much better suited for E1/2 running off a 9V.

Well the battery in mine is knackered anyway, and I can't find the spares I had lying around. Think I might improvise something with a LiPoly pack next time I'm bored.

Got a couple of RaceGun batteries coming in from ANS any day now. Before ordering them I thought about making my own, I striped the heat shrink off the battery pack and found 4 long tabbed cells Couldent find replacement cells that size anywhere. If you figure out the size let me know.

Somewhere I've got the name of a supplier of NiCd/NiMH cells in any weird shape or size, but I can't remember for the life of me where I left it. Right now I can't even my my valve removal tool, so I can't check what size valve I need either. What size do I need?

As soon as I find the supplier's phone number, I'll give them a call, and tell you how I get on.

Not sure on size, mine works fine on my DC2 and Kapp Flame cocker if that helps.
The one thing you'll have to remember when you order the MQ is Race and E2/1 use a differant size sear tripping solenoid connector on the board.

I jerry rigged a connector so i can switch between my Race and E2.

That'll be 9/16" then. I'm aware I'll have to change the connector to fit.

Haven't found the supplier details yet, but the cells in the battery pack are 5/3 AAAA which seem to be impossible to find in any of the usual places.

i'm using an original mq in my e2mminihalfblockturtlething and its lovely just have to stop playing with it long enough to use it in a game

sajj or rabid send me a pm about size voltage etc and i'll see what lipo i can fit!(work with them!)
