PMI bottle

Purchased a new PMI Pure Energy Pre-Set 4500psi 68ci Fibre Tank System from planet and I'm just wondering if anyone knows what regs they come with in regards to high or low pressure??
It comes with a blueish reg on it and I was told that's low, red= high.
Is this correct?
The destructions that it comes with doesn't mention anything about low or high, I was surprised that planet sell low regs as i though Egos ran better on high even though they can run on both.

High pressure 5k psi = Red

High pressure 4.5k psi = Greyish blue

Low pressure 4.5k psi = Dark blue

So is the output pre-set at say 850psi on the Hi?
Are planets pics all out, they have pic of a 4.5k with a red reg and a 5k 88ci with a blueish reg?
