07 Ego problem

Hi guys, wonder if you can help me.

I have an 07 Ego with a slight problem. It works fine normally but there is a problem with the board. Sometimes its as though the top button is being held down permanently (turning the eyes off and making it hard to use the menu) and nothing I do seems to make a difference. Turning it on & off doesnt work, taking the board out and doing the same doesnt work. And then suddenly it starts to work again randomly! Then a week later the same thing will happen.

Any ideas?
