Another stupid question from me:eek:

I've been playing about with my PM6 and to be honest, having a few probs with balls going in all manners of directions and such like:( I first of all put this down to bad paint, then down to paint/bore match then kinda ran out of ideas) I currently have a LP reg on my bottle, would moving to a HP reg make it shoot any straighter??????

If I'm to be totaly honest, I actually thought it was a HP bottle as thats what it was advertised as when I bought it off these boards:mad: My bad for not actually checking this minor detail:eek::rolleyes:

Can PM/DMs run off both?? which one is recommended?

Answers on a postcard please:)

sh*t paint. proto and dye both run off either lp or Hp with no problems.

crappy paint is your most likely cause, better paint is your most likely solution......

It could be your FPS. If it's too high it somtimes makes the paintballs fly off in different directions.
The paint I was using last was tomahawk classic and nobody else using it seemed to have problems although I did notice a few dodgy balls in a couple of bags:cool:

I chrono'd at 280 to start with and then both reduced and increased the velocity but had no joy:( Basically the balls are coming out sweet with no breaks, nothing. The problem is that I'm buggered if I can get two balls within ten inches of each other when letting off a string. They literally 'spin off' in all directions after about 40 foot away.

If its not likely to be the air supply I'll have to try some different paint and maybe invest in a decent barrel kit.
Any recommndations for a good kit for a PM6 at a reasonable price?

Thanks chaps

The Pm6 will run on LP and HP.

And for the paint thing, make sure your detents are in good nick. Dwell set at default, lpr at 3 - 3.5, and the bolt moves freely.

Try some different paint, even blaze or rec-sport should shoot striaght. :)
Dye UL barrel's are great. If you have the Proto back you can use a 14" dye front. :)
