0.7 Luxfer Bottle

I have just recieved this 0.7 bottle and it sounds like there is sothing in it its kind of sounds like a spray can but a lot less noise and only happends from time to time any one know what this is or is it ok?

does it only happen when your tank is empty??

if so its the liitle thing in the fill nipple(thats about as technical as i can go) that seals the top...i have fun when mines empty makes some good music it does...
