Double strapping?

Just a quick one, how do you double strap a jt flex? I know its something to do with overlapping the straps in the slot on the frames but it was a tight enough fit putting one strap in

Anyone know the trick to this?

flathead screwdriver - or brute force - i learnt the hard way - my thumbs hurt for so long trying to get em in - i managed but wished i had used a screw driver
