Gay question I know....but what the heck:eek:

I want advice on the smoothest way to remove the dodgy 'visor attachment' bit on the top of JT flexs that make m' look gay!

I know the general consensus will be to get a saw or whatever, but I wanna make a nice clean precise cut with no mess. Any hints or tips please.

Was thinking about sticking a stanley knife on me cooker and melting the fecker away:eek::eek::cool:

Theres gotta b someone out there that has got it down to a fine art;)

stanley knife and a lighter or candle always works for me. Go slow though, goes through pretty easily if it's hot enough, & you can always cut a little more off later but never stick bits back on

scalpel... pick real sharp-uns up from model shops, and they're small and precise enough to make a good job of it :) bit less wieldy than most stanley knieves

Yeah, Scalpel blades are much sharper and leave a much cleaner cut. Only a couple of quid from a local model shop.
