Attaching custome straps

If I purchase some custome straps for my Profilers how would be the best way of attaching them to the goggles?
Clearly the clips on the normal straps are added at factory and then sealed onto the strap.
Any ideas??

As far as I am aware you need to cut the strap, add the clips and sew back together.

Do bare in mind if the stiching is on par with a 5 year old working in a Korean sweat shop then you may want to get someone else to do it. The strap is obviously a fairly crucial part of the mask and it's ability to stay on your face.

what does the end of you new strap look like? is it a T shape? thats how my KM strap came.

if so, you just need to cut the old strap off and push the new 1 through. If not , go with what DC said.

I bought a massivley stretch jt strap that would not have fit the Mekons head (for those who remember Dan Dare). So I cut the sections I wanted off the stretched strap and stiched them to a stock strap.Looks and feels fine,it also means you don't loose alot of the strap when you adjust it.

It was a KM strap that I wanted to get. looking at the website it just looked as if the ends had a sealed loop on them?

Just taken another look on the website, I see the T-ends you are on about. Are they strong enough to have a tight fit on the strap??

i have JT starps on my profilers and my grillz, the T shaped end fits fine
