glad im not the only one, this happened to me before, i order what paintball gear and they took the money and sent nothing 
that was a few quid but this is 12 months of mags, i sent them an email they just gave me a number

The database cut off is about 2-3 weeks before the mag hits the shelves for subs (they are sent early anyway).
