nxt rebound modes

rite what rebound mode on the shocker nxt is millenium , psp etc etc
any help would be great

2 chirps - 7
3 - 8 (millenium recomended)

say you were at the top setting, when pressing the up button would make the different chirp, go down one and that will be 8 bps kick in rate so that would be mode 4
