How tall are you and what do you weigh?
I have no idea about the sizes you have stated, but if you are 5ft 8 and skinny as hell, then you will want medium to large in any pad, whatsoever.

Most of the Dye pads seem to come up small 
especially the knee pads. If your planning on buying Dye pads, its probably a good idea to get a size or two bigger than you normally would.

im 6ft and i weigh 9.5st / 136lbs / 60.5kg
so no one saying anything wrong with any of the pads ive selected? (strengths / weaknesses)

m/l knee pads, i had some xl that where a slightly loose fit (bit of elctrcal tape at the top and bottom problem solved) and my legs are considerly larger than his

cheers guys. 1 more thing i did a bit of searching and heard dye knee pads were "like ironing boards" and not very good can anyone confirm or say this is a load of s**t cheers.
