Most of the Dye pads seem to come up small :) especially the knee pads. If your planning on buying Dye pads, its probably a good idea to get a size or two bigger than you normally would.

im 6ft and i weigh 9.5st / 136lbs / 60.5kg

so no one saying anything wrong with any of the pads ive selected? (strengths / weaknesses)

Pm "Dave S ECI" he has loads of dye pads hes trying to sell all in A1 condition and very good price. Or check his thread in Large sales and auctions.

m/l knee pads, i had some xl that where a slightly loose fit (bit of elctrcal tape at the top and bottom problem solved) and my legs are considerly larger than his

cheers guys. 1 more thing i did a bit of searching and heard dye knee pads were "like ironing boards" and not very good can anyone confirm or say this is a load of s**t cheers.

They are pretty stiff yeah, if you want a "dye" type then you can't go wrong with Proto, their good knee pads :)
