vlocity problem

my vlocity wont work anymore, tried several sets of new batteries and the green light comes on flashing but it wont spin ?

does anyone know of a place i can send it to be looked at/repaired in the uk or that can offer me some insight in how to repair

have you tried going through the programs to see if it might be that...

check that the programming button isn't getting caught in the shells. have you taken it apart recently?

well, you can take it apart and compare what you see with what is in the manual...

Otherwise i suggest you return it to your seller if it's a shop, and if you bought it from the classifieds, run around with your arms in the air

it happened to my brothers loader before, it was a constant flashing green light. it was literally the mode button was ever so slightly trapped behind the shell........
