I never bothered using Dow55 on the 4 timmys i've owned, nor the numerous timmys i've worked on for other people.

Dow 33 works fine, it just doesn't swell the o-rings like 55. As long as you periodically check and replace the 'dynamic' o-rings (Ram, LPR pistons etc) you shouldn't have a problem.

However, there are a number of Timmy parts/spares suppliers on PBnation (look under NIB in the classifieds) that i have dealt with that also do Dow 55 if you really want some. They will ship to the UK cheap, and they have Timmy spares in stock that are now pretty much impossible to get from UK suppliers.
