Air system info needed

O.k call me stupid if ya want (actually dont) but I just got this bottle and after consulting the stickies, cannot find any HSE markings etc on it. It has the PI symbol, but also has 'DOT' written on it and USA...
Can someone clarify that i'm being a total goober and its all good, or if it is in fact a DOT bottle

looks to me like one of the new pure energy tri stamped bottles which has dot - usa pi- europe and the one that canada use
