Rounded DM screws

Same kinda thing happened on my Ion, The banjo leading from the Reg snapped so i did the super glue trick and left it to harden over night....... The next day it screwed right out. Solder sounds like a good idea but like he said you need a steady hand!

get a centre punch and make a mark towards the outside of the screw head, then angle the centre punch and drive the screw anticlockwise with the punch.

Works every time.

Tom's advice worked a treat for me.

ok the problem is with a 050 rounded head screw holding eye covers on. solder wont take as i cant seam to heat the screw enough for it to take. also cant cut accross as its flush with the body

try a 1/16 allen key failing that try a dremel with a cutting disc in it works for me in my model car racing
