Ego 06 ASA/Rail Problem

Hey;
I've got a problem with the ASA or the Rail on my Ego 06.
The Asa slides on the rail when pressure is applied to it. So for example when resting the tank against your shoulder you will feel it move slightly.

I have tried tightening the screws on the rail which has not helped the problem, any ideas?

if its an ego 6 tighten the screws on the bottom of the grip frame on the rail tighten them as tight as you possible can and it should be fine

Be careful when tightening these screws and make sure that you use the correct size allen key as they are very easy to destroy and a bugger to get out if the heads are destroyed.

make sure you do not tighten the screws to the frame too tight as they can damage the circuit board.

rob he has an ego 6 not an o5 the rail is intergrated on the frame so you cant put a screw throught the bottom of your frame

I won't be at the Masters; and yes I noticed what you mean about the allen size.

Aye, I've tried tightening them mate, as I said, it doesn't help.

take the asa off the rail

wrap pfte tape around the rail itself

squeeze the asa back on

tighten grubscrews

job done
