i thought that DXS couldnt sell the pulses untill the whole issue was resolved, so even if KEE lost, it would appear that DXS had something wrong. Though now that they have won, will the pulse disapear?
Though from wat i hear, the development of the pulse was dubious with an employee or 2 leaving empire to go to DXS to work on the pulse and taking some designs with them, probably the designs for this very hopper.

I believe Kee hold a patent on triggering the hopper from the marker board.
WDPs intelifeed patent preceded it, but intelifeed specified that the hopper would be powered by the signal coming from the marker.
The court case is to decide if DXS pulse loader has infringed on Kees patent.
Now for Kee, at worst the patent would be somehow rendered null and void in the courtcase.
Being part of the group that owns the patent Empire dont have anything to worry about when producing a wireless hopper themselves.
