I've had a good dig, scab integrity is good, has a nice thick centre, and has a good lift aroung the edges. However, it's still pretty gooey underneath the scab.

Thats EXACTLY what i had about 5 weeks ago lol, it will go in about 2 weeks, just wear a knee pad when your playing and it should be fine.

It hurts the most if there is a little bit of fat where the scab is, as when you are peeling it off it sticks the scab to you
