Remember the speed your hopper feeds at, will be the limit of the speed of the gun. So if you are getting a Revvy (bloody good hopper) then the most your ION will fire is about 12ish bps. So all I'm saying is, don't think something is broken, if it doesn't fire as fast as you expected.

Plus you should work on accuracy before speed :)

Text Speak will NOT be tolerated! Any appearance is likely to be stamped out ruthlessly regardless of post content. Let the re-education begin. Deviation will be dealt with harshly.

It seems it is time for another friendly reminder to all our active members to stay on topic within the threads you choose to post to. Too often lately threads are degenerating into chats and lose focus and as a result peeps start reading them, see they amount to nothing and the threads quickly die out. (Others of course deserve that fate . . .)
For the time-being there will be strict enforcement of thread integrity. Off topic posts will be removed. Multiple violations (2 or more) will result in a pm'ed warning (if your pm function is off, no warning) and last resort will be a banning.
I'm completely serious 'cus I'm lazy and tired of cleaning up after you lot. Failure to be aware of this notice is also no excuse.

A topical post is any post that relates to the original thread-starting statements or expands on those statements. Special consideration will be given to any thoughful post (so you may get away with drifting off topic a bit if you have something sensible to say.) Leaves most of you out anyway.

Threads are not an excuse for private chatting. If you can't figure out the difference we will help you out by deleting your thread.

Threads are not an opportunity to sell stuff except for private sales offered and taken in the Classified forum. If you are simply giving someone info about where to purchase something if they ask--fine, to a point. (A mod may decide some responses cross the line.)

As to language, content and "tone" you are given leeway to express yourself. If you choose to be personally insulting and/or gratuitously offensive you can expect a mod to respond. If you generally limit yourself to comments you would be willing to make face-to-face you likely will not cross the line of what's acceptable.

If you have any questions feel free to contact any of the mods--though Piper is likely to lead you astray.
