Hi, i have a PMR and am looking for a new frame because well the plastic one is a bit poo.

I really like the feel of a UL, but with the UL your paying for the trigger and new board as well. I dont want a new trigger of board for my pmr just a new frame. (I really like my VP Sythe and am not looking for a new trigger, and the board is the same minus NXL)

The NDZ Prolite frame is half the price and is just the frame so i was thinking it would be good for me seeing as theres no point paying for a new trigger and board aswell when i dont need one.

But i am still really stuck with what to go with. Any advice/suggestions anyone could give me?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

-Will

if you get the UL frame, you do get the solid buttons on the frame which is a nice touch, though with both frames you lose the abilty to add the kits with the different trigger guards. Also, the UL frame is only slightly lighter than the stock as the plastic is very light. The NDZ frame is a nice frame, it has been milled so the buttons dont fall out. The thing with the NDZ frame is that it is only for the PMR and its gear, whereas the UL accepts certain aftermarket boards such as the lucky board which is compatible with quite a few UL frames. That does mean buying new wired laser eyes. I would say the NDZ if you want to stand out, but the UL if you plan on getting a new after market board and that would give you extra options.

because of the actual composition of the stock frame the ul is marginally heavier but by such a stupidly small amount there is virtually no difference - the feel is just nicer and the layout and buttons and leds are nicer - and the grips

get the ul

I dont plan on getting a new board for my PMR, dont see the point, semi, psp, mil and nxl is good enough. So i guess ill go for the NDZ, its cheaper and it stands out.

Thanks again, hopefully ill have it in my hands and installed by next walkon:D

Not sure, i think Shogun can order me in one, they have said they can order products in before for me. But i dont know. I will have to find out who can get me one, as i think they most likely need to be shipped from abroad.
