look like we need an translator to find a hotel . we need information in english. this is not good.
is it correct that it is a couple of kilometers east of beumont?

Why isnt this ready and done when the organizer gets the MS event? I cant think of any other sport where the participants has to go find the hotels in a part of the world they have no local knowledge bout... 3 weeks to go and only a email adress...

thanks. pretty dumb dates though.you can only choose friday 7 september to 10 september. from 3rd september to 10th its full booked. but you can live in a 8 man house from 3-7, and have two "four man houses" from 7-10. .

I managed to book bungalows for the exact dates we needed (3 teams) - from wednesday/thursday to monday - and that just by mailing them and asking?

Full payment in advance ! Still working on sorting that though, since the hotel was kind enough to send me invoices incl. payment details in their local language.... hmmmmm......

I just called this Oliver and he told me that he will send me a list with all possible accomodations.
He also mentioned that there are 2 other events at the same time and they need to accomodate about 3000 persons around the lake.
Have not seen the list of propositions yet, but ....
as soon as I got it, i will post it.
