theoretically. but when i said you cant create a better vacuum....Space, whilst not populated by any particles of matter is awash with radiation; and so, theoretically, if you were to build an extremely thick lead container in space that shielded it from such radiation, would this then not be a better vacuum than space itself?

You said you can't make a better vacuum than space, and it looks as though you can, it doesn't matter if NASA or anybody else for that matter doesn't wanna fund it ..the fact is.....what you said was wrong
