i'm a marshal at a site mate, and well, usual time of arrival is a few hours before "customers" arrive, so your looking at something as early as a 7 / 8 am start. as for usual marshal pay... changes wherever you go, as little as £40 in someplaces, and i heard anything up to £80, a day, guess it depends on the size of the event and the skill of the marshal. ,

also, i dont think i can do it, i work my socks off on weekends lately, plus im from the land of the taff, manchester's quite a drive lol.
