Would I be allowed to work at my uncles hotel? I haven't asked him. Would I be able to do anything at 13 except for paper round.
Legally? No

But because its your uncles? Maybe.

I imagine you could do something like clean the rooms or wash glasses or something. It would be best to ask him though :p

That's what I was thinking. The chambermaids (sp?) are pretty good looking aswell. I don't mind doing the washing, the cleaning of rooms, the little things like that, as long as ~I can fund my balling!

When anyone here comes near chatham train station, if you leave your car, I'll be happy to clean it for a couple of quid.

Joe.

an option could be to get hold of a truck company near by and see if they have any weekend runs that could do with a helper to unload stuff, a lot of them will take younger guys on to to make things easier for the driver etc, your best bet would be owner drivers that sub-contract to local delivery firms from catalogue stuff. basically just sitting on your ass and being driven around all day and helping get wardrobes and washing machines into folks houses.
i done it for years when i was young and you could be looking at about 30-50 quid a day depending on the amount of drops.
Its worth a try and they can only say no.

I'll look into that one. Thanks.

Would Tesco do it with all their deliveries? No wait.. they have like 1 a day. I can't really do weekdays, so Any ideas which type of companies I could call? Maybe the carpet companies would like to have me handy for taking in carpet to trucks or something along those lines?
