Where can i get HPA tested and filled UK

Hello, I need to get a HPA bottle tested and filled but not sure where to do it and if anywhere would do it cheap? Im in chatham in kent and if any paintballers know any shops or companies I could simply get driven to and get it tested and filled,

Would Scuba diving shops test and fill?

Cylinder Testing Services in Liverpool are about the cheapest, but i'm sure Lips can get bottles tested as well.

if ur wanting to get it filled best thing i can sugest is buying a dive tank and fill station. i got a 15l tank and fill station for £75
