Your right, I never held everything I sold in stock as I would have had over £50,000 worth of equipment sitting around doing nothing so some of the more expensive items were ordered as they were sold.

Dean (former owner Gearedup-uk)
Not doubting you mate, but If I remember correctly I ordered an Ion, A halo b, C5 top, trousers, gloves, pack, pods, barrel condom and lanyards, marker oil and a few other bits. The only item you actually had in stock was the C5 top and even that was the wrong colour/size when it arrived. I was told that there where no halos around by yourself due to campaign yet I managed to get one elsewhere inside a week or so. I think I eventually got the trousers, pack and gloves but NONE came 'next day' as origionally promised.

Either way...that was a while ago so who cares:D

I actually remember you because I never sold a single Halo hopper in all the time I had Gearedup and when I fianlly got an order for one I couldn't get it.. I am surprised about the Dye bits though as I never had a supply problem with them and I usually held quite a bit of stock of their clothing, but by the bye apologies for the shameful service.....

No harm done mate;)
To your credit you where very helpfull along the way, just couldnt get me what I wanted:(.
I have been in recent contact with the new owner to try and get some bits but have been sure to enquire about stocking and shipping/availability times before actually paying and to be fair to the guy he has been quick to respond and very helpfull. (although unable to get what I'm after as urban camo j.t goggs/frames are like rocking horse poo!)

I guess my advice to anyone who cares is to ask before you buy and evrything should be fine:):)

In response to the previous posts I would like to say a bit on behalf of gearedup-uk

First of all I was under the impression that I personally wasn't allowed to say anything about my store on this forum but nonetheless as I'm not attempting to sell anything I hope that it will be alright.

Robbo777 is quite right it's impossible to stock everything. I now cover a whole range of products which most other sites do not and am a main dealer with most. Although I do now carry a tremendous amount of stock keeping the whole range would be pointless and far too costly. I do however try to be as honest as I can about stock availability although sometimes suppliers do tell porkies and leave me to sort out the mess.

There will always be times with any company when things go very wrong and I would be a fool to say that this hasn't happened but it is never intentional and every endeavour is made to fulfil all commitments.

Mr. Jermstad's Hooked on Phonics sets really do work miracles.
