Help Needed Empire Ion Grips!!

Hi just abit of advice really. I just took delivery of some empire ion grips from the states and i know that the hybrid ones you need smaller screws. Well just looking at mine i will also need them. What is the best way to cut them down eg/ dremil, saw etc or could my local pb shop do it for me. Can you buy smaller screws from a pb shop or somewhere like BandQ. Any help would be apriciated cheers..

Cut them with a dremell or bench grind and tidy up with a small file.

stick a small o-ring on the screw...usually does the job

Cheers for your replies. I got a pack of orings from BandQ for 89p and that done the job!!
