On the site they sell a "Smart Parts Ion Complete "O" Ring and Parts Kit" but it does not actually say what comes in the kit, does anyone know?

What do you need exactly form the kit? Is it for emergency spares or are you planning a major maintenance session including changing all the o-rings. It's nice to have a few spare for emergencies but don't go mad.
As for screws, if your gonna buy extra get a black set to change the chrome ones. Only a couple of quid.

I would get a black out screw kit to help pimp out your Ion and then keep the original's as spares. Just buy a standard o-ring kit from fat bobs or LPS and keep it in your kit bag.
In my 9 months of owning an Ion, I've only had to change one o-ring in anger, and that was as a precaution rather than becuase it was obviously knacked. I'm sure I have to change all my o-rings soon as part of general maintenance, but for the moment all is good.

the kit includes a full screw set, oring kit and i believe a new set of every part, but only one of each. The team box comes with about 10 of each oring and more lube, so it is a good kit, but you may as well buy a seals kit and a screw kit as you only get banjos eyes and the little bits, like a filter and eye wire. However im not 100% as i have a kit that sounds similar but i didnt get it from fatbobs
