argh u **** .. im stuck and its starting to bug me. clicked everything and i cant get out

got everything i can see and ive gone down to wat looks like bars running floor to ceiling and theres a bell u ring which raises and lowers a little block. clicked everything on everything and nothing happens. also a little machine with a power symbol on it, a screw turns but nothing happens

Yey! Finished! Holy crap that was hard. I got 16 secret ball things.

What a waste of time.

P.s: There's like 6 different areas that you have bounce back and forth to.
