What was the cause of your lumpy nuts Dskize? Just out of curiosity....
Sounds fun...I had a double hernia ..had an op ...got an infection and had a bollock swell to the size of a cricket ball (no exaggeration) I had to wear a truss and was off work for three months..ooyah

They say you should wash your hands after using the loo...but, people of a medical nature, recommend that us Gents, wash our hands BEFORE we strain the cabbage.
One of my work colleagues, had is meat and two veg (all of them) swell up to, lady lovin' proportions...simply through contracting an infection from his hands, while having a slash.

Have not personally had the snip, would find an alternative if I were you.
There has been a couple of recent studies showing an increased risk of mid-life crisis/male menopause if you have the snip.
Worth researching beforehand
