chrono it the same way you chrono a paintball marker

a few of the chrono's used by us, are used by air rifle clubs, and archery competitions... etc

my only guess is that you would probably have to either slacken(dont know ehther thats a word)/or tighten the bow strings to affect the FPS

You can change the velocity by changing the draw length. This is a frigging awesome piece of kit and I would love one.

you adjust the cams and linking strings in a compound bow to adjust the draw weight
