dude... how the f*ck can the site getting away without marshals supervising ALL customers? sizing them up wont work, iv had all types from 12yr olds, students, girls, cpls in the British Army trying to lift masks IN FRONT OF ME, letting customers 'go at it' without supervision is terrible, dude.
