I've been thinking the same thing lately and while I'm not interested in a generic paintball primer I've been thinking about writing a book on 'Playing Xball.' :) It would of course include basic player fundamentals, techniques and drills as well as the in's and out's of team xball play, coaching, tactics, etc.
And my self-editor has already insisted on restricting my vocabulary. ;)

How you doing, Pete?

Hi Paul, better now thanks mate, I needed that break from proceedings methinks.
As for you writing a book on XBall, actually, you are one of the few people I would trust to come up with one but I wonder if a purely XBall orientated book would provide sufficient interest.
I would like to think it might but maybes a more generalised book that covered all forms of tourney ball would prove a better bet, maybes, I don't really know, I am guessing here .....

If there were 5 or 6 different people you would trust to write one, yet one on xball alone wouldnt recieve much interest,

couldnt a book be produced with combined effort on the various areas of paintball?

I mean you saw it yourself, the recent 'what has everyone read lately' got roundabout 100 posts.

want a good paintball book?? only 1 out there worth buying .. PGI !

** freebies to the usual address pls **
lol sorry but technically ive already advertised PGi on this thread :D

and PGi is a magazine, which is helpful in the fact theres a new one every month, but it really doesnt take too long to read seeing as the mag is made up of about 50% advertising... relevant and looks pretty but still.
