Plus I don't think it's anything to do with the tank. It says the asa was loose so I assume it got knocked off the rail during the dive tearing away from the macroline allowing all of the air to escape.

Happened to one of our players but because the hose was still attatched never went off like that

i don't believe it's a stako. but the paranioa caused by watching that may lead some to blame Stakos, people may be inclined to point fingers.

that aint a macroline popped off, i've emptied tanks by taking the macroline off, thats doesnt happen.

i think maybe its something to do with the reg, and maybe its Co2
