what did you lube your rammer with?? if you used lube ie. vaseline, dow33 etc then your QEV's might be blocked, you need to use oil for the rammer such as the eclipse oil, or just the usual 3in1 oil will do.

Have you checked your reg seats? They should be in VGC otherwise will case inconsistancy.
