tbh iv never heard anyone "dissing" their sponsors, and most of the time sponsors dont give out free stuff, just discounted stuff
and companies would earn more money!! lol doesnt it seem strange for them to give away/discount stuff that they could sell for a profit??
Thing is though; the companies WANT people to wear THEIR products. If no one sponsored anyone. And then a new company decided to sponsor some top teams. Then their product would be more visible and would also be associated with success if the teams performed...still.... they dont get full retail...
effectively if companies did not sponsor at all... everyone would have to pay for kit

have to disagree, we are sort of supported but in return we do what we can to support in return. we got a great kit deal, and now we are trying to get the supporter better known.
