You can get those custom grips with the pics behind them that were being done as a group buy a while back.

You wouldnt be able to get a picture of subzero tatoo'd onto your marker btw, as you cant get depths & details in a tat. Engraving would be the better choice, but then you still wouldnt be able to get MUCH detail with that.
Grips, stingerpaintball or what ever the site is called can do those. :]
