so performance-wise theres very little difference then? how comes more people dont shoot them then?
Size, looks, no oops, teething troubles (blowback etc), too small, avaliablility of spares and teching in the UK. Choose your top three, the pros in the most part out weight the cons though, they are very cool makers.

I've been considering buying one for a while and from what I've gathered if you get one with a serial number beyond 6000 you'l more than likely have no troubles atall. I've just bought one serial numer 2165 and am keeping my fingers crossed  it comes with the new poppet and I'll probably get a rampage board if it comes with the dodgy 1.1 software.
Also from what I've seen on PBN most people having trouble are either idiots or are experiencing running in/teething troubles which are easy to fix and have no troubles afterwards.

only thing i hate about my mini is the fact that when you are shooting all day the eye cover unscrews it self and it fell out and i lost it . and the fact the empire has very little tecks in the uk and none the the koth matches i was screwd.

Especially as the Mini doesn't have eye covers:confused:

If the detent unscrewed itself that's also a new one, but you should find two spare detents and covers in the parts kit included.

And the poppet is the brass part inside the valve that makes the magic happen, just in some cases it makes a bit too much magic happen and blowback becomes a problem. The fix is a new poppet from KEE or getting a tiny hole drilled out a smidgen, but newer guns are coming with that already done:)

We have over 10 of them on our team. We LOVE them. They shoot really good.

The only thing that may weird you out is the size. At first they look too small, and if you hold it like a "normal" marker, then parts of you seem to get in the way of other parts. But if you loop a thumb over the barrel (Ollie style) then this isnt an issue at all. The grip frame is infact the same size, if not larger than other guns.

The performance is fantastic, and being so small and lightweight, it allows you to develope your game. For example, shooting one handed is easy, diving is a breeze, running and gunning is effortless. The first time I saw one particular team mate snap shoot with one, he near threw himself out of his bunker.

Can't recommend them enough.

Eye covers? You sure you have a mini? As for techs, see here
