It seems like a long, long time ago when the NSPL was last hosted by Bristol Skirmish, but Round 4 has sneakilly crept up upon us and is just over a week away already!

Division 4 is proving as popular as ever and I have to lock entries to that division now in order to leave some room for the other divisions. However, any div 4 teams wanting to play the event can contact me to be placed on the reserve list.

So, get confirmed ASAP peeps - spaces are being snapped up fast!

Important - Venue Change

I hate to do this at this late notice, but I have just had a phone call off of Bristol Skirmish this morning to inform me that they can not host this weekend's NSPL Round 4 fixture!

The reasons for this I don't really need to go in to, but I am gutted that we have to force this change upon you guys at such late notice when we are trying so hard to ensure a high level of professionalism in the league. It's far from ideal, but I have no alternative other than to find an new venue for this round.

Round 4 of the NatWest Southern Paintball League 2007 will now be held at UCZ Paintball Park, South Devon. It will take be a little while to update the information on www.nspl.co.uk , but UCZ also kindly stepped in to rescue Round Two when Bristol Skirmish pulled out of that event too, so address details, etc can be found under the info for Round 2.

We will be reviewing the venue for Round Nine as a result of these issues too. So that venue will change on that fixture to "To Be Announced".

My sincere apologies for any inconveniences this may cause to you and can I assure you that UCZ is more than capable of hosting the event at least to the standards you would expect from Bristol Skirmish, and that we will pull out all the stops to ensure a great day is had by you all.

think we might still be staying there and driving down in the morning is it far?, but cheers anyway syd

sorted we have now cancelled the bristol rooms and are going to be living it up in a couple of caravans at a site in devon
